Dominion Theatre was founded on October 3, 1929 with an American musical comedy based on golf. The stage was built mainly for performing musical comedies. Though the first two musical shows were not very successful, the theatre was able to draw public attention with Charlie Chaplin’s movies and his personal appearances along with live shows. The Dominion Theatre of London was restored and refurbished in 2008. It has adopted an environmental policy for proper waste management and property recycling. The current show on the theatre is ‘We will rock you’ , which is running for last 12 years and considered as one of the biggest theatrical hits of the century. Dominion Theatre has eight event spaces to rent out for organising events like conferences and meetings, rehearsals, Christmas parties and more. They also have boardrooms to hire for business meetings.
